Overview & Key Dates
MOL Football is a youth flag football league for boys and girls in 3rd through 8th grades that live in Moraga, Orinda, Lafayette, or Canyon, California – in operation since 1969.
It is a true recreational community league that is run by local parents, with referees from our local high schools and volunteer coaches.
Practices and Games
Most teams practice Friday afternoon/evening at Stanley or a Lamorinda elementary school. Some teams will practice Thursday afternoon/evening. AFC coaches have the option of holding practice on Sunday mornings before their game. Your child’s coach will determine which of those days/locations will be used for practice.
MOL games in 2026 are held on SUNDAYS at Campolindo High School.
Evaluation Day – Sunday, August 16, 2026
Player evaluations help us create balanced teams across all divisions. Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and 40-yard dash timing. Players should wear shorts, a t-shirt, and rubber cleats, and bring a water bottle. Stretching beforehand is recommended.

Grades 3–6 are divided by last name (A–K and L–Z); Grades 7–8 and Olympic are combined.
